Meet Mind Mentor Therapy

ABOUT US:

We have had decades of experience in the field of academics. Through our journey we interacted with young minds, parents and families. And while education remains life changing, we have learned that mental health remains the single most important factor towards well-balanced and successful individuals and society.  Our caring, evidence-based counselling services support you in your journey towards better mental and public health nuances. Our approach finds roots in Transactional Analysis (TA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. These therapies equip you to understand and modify harmful thoughts and relationship patterns. We help you identify the negative thought processes and provide better coping strategies for common problems through CBT.  A nurturing environment where all discussions are held confidentially while working towards sustainable change motivates us to provide our best support. Be it relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or self-actualization challenges; we stand ready with proven interventions.
